After the band’s disbandment, Carl shifted his focus to family life but found his passion for metal reignited after three decades.

After a long hiatus, Carl is back with a powerful four-song EP titled The Devil’s Door, which showcases a blend of aggressive drumming, high-energy tempos, and heavy riffs reminiscent of influences like Slayer, Obituary, early Metallica, and Sepultura, all while staying true to the Bay Area sound.

The EP was produced by Scott Sargeant and mixed by Juan Urteaga (Testament/Machine Head/Etc.) at Trident Studios, ensuring a sound that honors the past while pushing forward into the future of Thrash/Death Metal.
