About the Opportunity

If you have a passion for heavy metal and craft beer, Decibel Magazine is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist in advertising and sponsorship sales as well as account maintenance. This role will support the magazine, our Metal & Beer Fests, and our annual tour.

• Distribute announcement assets to partners and coordinate timing for announcements.

• Coordinate event passes, tables, and additional requirements for sponsors.
• Confirm guest lists ahead of festivals.

Magazine and Digital Ad Responsibilities

• Send reminders for ad artwork submissions.
• Collect assets for digital campaigns, including links, images, and text.
• Oversee ad traffic management.
• Send insertion orders to clients.
• Compile addresses for mailings to new advertisers.
• Maintain regular communication with accounts receivable regarding outstanding accounts.
