Fleshspoil, a powerful drive within the New York steel scene, has unveiled their debut unmarried, “A Frail Loss of life,” surroundings the degree for the discharge in their expected full-length album, The Starting of the Finish, coming in 2025.
For lovers of vintage loss of life, black, and doom steel, Fleshspoil delivers a haunting and competitive soundscape. The band options an all-star lineup of seasoned musicians:
Jeff Andrews (guitar/vocals), a veteran of New York’s steel scene, recognized for his paintings with The Ultimate Sleep, Armor Column, Hush, Ironweed, Scavengers, and Held Beneath.
Mike Van Dyne (drums), known for his function in Arsis, the place he contributed to acclaimed releases equivalent to A Birthday celebration of Guilt and A Diamond for Illness. Van Dyne has toured globally along heavyweights like Behemoth, Arch Enemy, and Napalm Dying.
Dan Saltzman (bass), hailing from the Bay Space, whose thunderous grooves were showcased in Illucinus and The Hunt.
The approaching album, The Starting of the Finish, is produced via Brett Portzer (Skinless, Creator & Punisher, Arsis), a relied on collaborator whose experience has captured Fleshspoil’s ingenious blackened loss of life steel imaginative and prescient. Spanning six tracks and 37 mins, the album guarantees to be a masterful mix of brutality and surroundings.
