ONI will head out on excursion this summer season supporting CROWN THE EMPIRE, with DARK DIVINE and CAPSTAN. Dates are on-sale now at crowntheempireband.com/excursion.
Canadian heavy rock/steel juggernaut ONI has printed a video for his or her newly launched unmarried, “Regulate.” The animated clip created via Ben Watanabe and 555 Comedian is the primary episode in an animated sequence that explores the battle inside oneself. Targeted round the primary persona Jake, the tale follows his struggles with inner and exterior forces as he battles to conquer adversity and adversaries.
Jake’s adventure will proceed to spread in long run episodes/track movies revealing a dystopian international and growing characters. Stylistically, you’ll be expecting conventional anime elements woven in conjunction with ONI’s ever evolving sound. The colour palette is encouraged via the muted tones of Afro Samurai, and the tale arc has been written via ONI’s founding vocalist Jake Oni himself. Each and every new music launched can be an episode within the sequence.
Commenting at the new music, Oni states:
“This music is no doubt a few of my absolute best paintings but. Josh Gilbert wrote the music with me, and I tracked vocals at my studio in Cayman with Joe McQueen.
Regulate has a special vibe than anything else I’ve written ahead of on the subject of vary of vocals. The music tells a tale that’s delivered to existence within the track video via Ben Watanabe and his workforce at 555 comedian. It was once an enormous privilege to paintings with Ben in this challenge.”

About ONI:
Shaped in 2014 via vocalist Jake Oni, ONI temporarily was one among Canada’s maximum promising steel artists along with his distinct amalgam of experimental innovative songwriting, brute metalcore savagery and cathartic melody. ONI roared to existence with the discharge of his 2016 debut album, Ironshore, which was once produced via Josh Wilbur (Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Dillinger Get away Plan) and featured visitor vocals via Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe at the music “The Simplest Treatment.”
