Six Ft Beneath Premiere New Unmarried “Ascension”
Six Ft Beneath has dropped “Ascension” as the second one unmarried from their fourteenth studio album, “Killing For Revenge.” The demise steel band is gearing up for a Would possibly tenth liberate of the album via Steel Blade Data.
Guitarist Jack Owen shared his ideas in this newest preview of the file:
“I wrote the track first, and not using a lyrical concepts in thoughts. I sought after a small musical word that connected the portions in combination during the track, so I wrote slightly chord/drum fill factor to segue riffs from the beginning of the track, via to the tip. It became out sounding like early Possessed, in step with listeners. I’ve an archive of riffs, so I dug for some fast-picking portions that might be simple to sing to.
I had not too long ago discovered a vinyl field set of works by means of Shakespeare, and listened to Macbe. It’s beautiful violent! So whilst ‘Ascension’ isn’t an immediate interpretation of the tale, it’s my take at the vintage story of affect, revenge, and the destiny you face. As with most of the songs, Chris lent his lyrical skills to make the track that significantly better.”
