Pass is the third album of the Chicago based totally band THE OUTFIT. The band is shaped round Andy Mitchell – Vocals, Matt Nawara – Lead Guitar, Mark Nawara – Drums and Mike Gorman – Bass, and their new album Pass was once jumbled together Los Angeles through Grammy nominated, multi-Platinum manufacturer and mixer Ulrich Wild (Pantera, Static-X, White Zombie, Deftones, and Breaking Benjamin). The band’s song is natural vintage 80s/early 90s American Melodic Hardrock, however they sound up-to-date evidently when being attentive to the album opener Monster, which is a killer tune with an important sound. The lead vocals are spot-on, the guitarsound is heavy however melodic and the refrain is fatal catchy.
That is the best way we need to pay attention our rock and roll! There are some reminiscences of HAREM SCAREM circa Temper Swings, particularly whilst you pay attention a tune like Arrival Of Jane that still has some slight EXTREME and MR. BIG references, but then with an personal id. The album continues with many extra nice melodic hardrock tunes, with as different highlights Giant Eyes (large time uptempo melodic hardrock at it’s highest!), the natural 90s HAREM SCAREM ish Mountain and the uptempo rockers Pass and You Say.
This can be a very good report and it’s extremely advisable should you like oldschool however trendy sounding Melodic Hardrock. The one pity is the fast taking part in size of this full-length CD, and the quilt God Save The Queen (with a guitar riff a l. a. POISON’s Communicate Grimy To Me!) may have been changed through an authentic tune.
